Lovingkindness (Metta or Maitri) Meditation is a compassion-based practice in which we are guided to send blessings in ever widening circles, starting with ourselves and eventually to All Beings Everywhere.  This is a Guided practice - no meditation experience necessary.
This class is offered live online over Zoom.
This is a Free practice - (donations are gratefully accepted, but truly not required).  Please do feel free to share the information with anyone you believe could benefit from a bit of peaceful connection with their own loving heart.
